One of the neat things about the online world is the vast number of networking sites and communities. You can meet countless numbers of people who share your interests. You can learn new things, share ideas, make friends or business connections, earn some money and more.
Here are some I belong to, in no particular order:
- Mom Masterminds is a business learning and coaching membership site for serious moms, it’s not free but it was one of the best investments I’ve made. The warm community of professional business women make it my favorite place to hang out.
- I haven done much here, at Gather you can share articles, photos, learn, earn and meet others.
- I’ve found this one to be a lot of fun, at Squidoo you can share, learn, earn or donate earnings to charities and meet others. It’s addicting!
- MySpace is a great place for meeting people, there’s loads of groups, free membership for personal and business networking.
- Ryze is for business networking, you’ll find loads of groups, free and paid memberships available.
- I haven’t done much here either at MyWarriorNetwork it’s a free membership site for business and personal networking.
- MyBlogLog is a blogging community.
- NetworkMarketingCentralBusiness networking for network marketers, free and paid memberships.
- I haven’t been here in ages MaxInCommon is a business networking and learning site, free and paid memberships available.

Many websites have forums or bulletin boards where you can meet other members by reading and posting messages, you can find them on almost every topic you can imagine. WAHMsUnited community is one work at home mom forum I visit on ocassion.
Now the one problem is that I belong to so many places I can’t remember them all! I know I’ve probably forgotten a few so I’ll add to this list as I remember and get around to it.
One of the best ways to find out good places to hang out is from your friends, I’m tagging Dianne at WAHM Cafe, Donna at 1stVA Blog and Meg at Cooking With Meg.
