One of the great things about having your own is business it that it’s flexible. This is one of the things I’m very thankful for, as I can put aside my business tasks to do something for a loved one, spend time with a friend or family member or just do something fun for myself.

I have a daily routine, with set tasks for the day and the week but it’s not set in stone. I believe it’s important to have a plan and know which tasks are most important and which ones won’t matter if it’s done right away or later to keep your business running. But I digress, that’s not the point of this article!

My husband isn’t working right now, which isn’t unusual for this time of year but my routine has gone out the window! So, most days I’m just focusing on the vital, top priority tasks while all my other plans sit on the back burner. This means I’m not adding much new content to my web sites, including this one, I’m not visiting social sites or even twittering much these days. Okay, I admit I still fit some tweets in!

In my online travels I keep seeing discussions about old school MLM tactics being dead. I’m not sure if they’re totally dead but in most cases they don’t work very well anymore. The fact is if you are internet marketing, you don’t have to chase prospects, hound your family and friends, make cold calls, post fliers, hold hotel meetings, and spend way more money than you make. I share with you some of the ways you can run your business with out using old school or unethical tactics here on this site.

You can use the techniques I share with you like I am, to expose your business to thousands of people for little or no money at all.
