You simply create the report, tip sheet etc. once and each customer or potential customer simply downloads a copy of it. The best thing is you don’t have to pay printers’ fees, postage, shipping, or any other production fees.

Once you have created a small report, you can sell or give it away over and over again. Keep in mind that you will have to promote your report. Unlike an e-book, a small report only needs to be around 5 to 15 pages. You can easily write that many pages within a week or less. You do not need any prior writing experience but you should have good grammar and language skills. If you do not have the skills or don’t like writing, you can always hire a ghostwriter to create your report for you.

Special reports can be written on any subject imaginable, then given away online to promote products. Write your report about anything that is closely related to your main product. When you don’t explore all your marketing options, your business will become stunted over time.

I have a daily routine, with set tasks for the day and the week but it’s not set in stone. I believe it’s important to have a plan and know which tasks are most important and which ones won’t matter if it’s done right away or later to keep your business running. But I digress, that’s not the point of this article!

My husband isn’t working right now, which isn’t unusual for this time of year but my routine has gone out the window! Pretty cool hey! I can’t share any of the videos I’ve made yet as they are all for my downline training. I think this is going to perfect for creating tutorials for my team members.

I must say I found Jing is very simple to use and easy to understand. You start by downloading the software onto your computer. The software is available in versions for both Macs and PCs, and it’s free.

Once you have Jing installed you’ll need to set up a Screencast.com account which is part of the installation process but you need do this before you capture an image. Screencast will host your content free of charge as long as you stay with the Jing Project.

Here’s how to get started, simply click the capture button on the image you want to send, you can grab the image or record a video. When you have your video ready or your image chosen you can edit it so that it comes out exactly the way you want it.

Next you just upload your image to Screencast, the URL is copied to your clipboard making it simple to send or embed. You can then paste the URL into an IM chat box, email, blog post or anywhere else you want. How cool is that?
